Katy is a phenomenal realtor! We recently moved back to Birmingham after 13 years living in Denver, Kansas City, and Nashville. She helped us get to know the city again, and she was so patient as we asked her to take us all over the map! After about six weeks of searching and three intense weekends touring homes from Leeds to Hoover and everything in between, we found a home in the Windstone West development in Chelsea. Incidentally, Katy's husband, Kyle Murphy, was the homebuilder. Together, they listened to our hopes and needs for our long-term home. In fact, when our remote closer for our Tennessee home came to sign papers, she remarked, "This home is incredible! We've been here about a month now, and we've already seen five deer and one wild turkey in our backyard. We're delighted to be in a community like Windstone West, but "out in the country" enough to see wildlife and feel like we have a private, wooded oasis all our own.
